Mission
To produce well trained students that can connect social and ecological factors to peoples lived experiences (both in the past and in the present) in order to generate new ideas and meaningful, relevant and nuanced information about the past.
Vision
Ultimately to change how academic research is designed, disseminated and undertaken to create space for innovation and disruption by valuing and integrating equity and diversity in all aspects of our research and work.
